Alan Baker, Company Director, has in excess of 20 years experience in the industry covering all aspects, including:

• Venue management
• Regional/area management
• Event organisation and risk appraisal
• One-to-One celebrity management
• Licensee of a Bar, Nightclub and sports complex
• Site Management

He is responsible for the day to day operations including recruitment and vetting, training, customer service and new client development. Reporting to Alan are a number of Supervisors who, in turn manage the daily actions of the staff and ensure that they perform to the levels expected by the client and to the Code of Conduct as required by Dove Security Limited.

The management aims to grow the business into one providing high quality, professional levels of manned security to the leisure and related industries. We are now a registered company with the SIA and our accreditation will be completed by the end of May Dove Security Limited will not be found lacking in any of its internal or external standards, or the level of service provided to its client base.

The company welcomes the current initiative to licence the industry and to ensure better controls, training and employment levels. Only by doing this will the image of the industry improve and those companies that provide the better quality and professional levels of service will survive as the less able companies are unable to satisfy the industry standards. There is, however, a cost to this, which relates to the types of individuals employed as Staff, the amount of training and supervision provided and rate paid to the Staff and ultimately by the client.
